Application Check List

Double Check Your Application

Please double check your forms and documents carefully before submission. Delays can sometimes occur on visa applications due to incorrect information.

Changes in Application Documents

If for some reason there is a change or correction needed to your application documents please contact us immediately by email or re-submit the correct information.

Deposit & Payment Details

After submitting your Registration Form we will email you an invoice for payment, or you can make a deposit of 415 Euro (or the equivalent in other accepted currencies). A deposit is required to confirm your reservation and hold your place. The remaining payment can be made at least 2 weeks prior to the trip departure date.
