As a non-profit organization, we are committed to expanding cultural cooperation and interaction between the DPRK and the outside world. The DPRK Cultural Documentation Project (DPRKCDP) is open to those who actively or were involved in researching, learning and want to share the DPRK’s unique language, music, poetry, literature, fables, proverbs, humour, films, recipes and other cultural information to a wider audience. The project also benefits from the participation of DPRK citizens, who are involved in ensuring that we have a steady stream of materials from which to draw from.
As part of this project, participants will have access to a wide variety of rare materials that may not exist anywhere in the world outside of the DPRK. PCE has a large archive of cultural documents and media. This would be the perfect project for someone interested in doing all manners of research related to the DPRK.
