Paektu Cultural Exchange (PCE) is a non-profit social enterprise dedicated to facilitating sustainable cooperation, cross-cultural exchanges, activities, trade, and investment between the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (North Korea) and international organizations, businesses, and individuals to promote greater peace, friendship, and understanding.

We promote a variety of cultural exchanges, business projects, and knowledge-sharing between the DPRK and the rest of the world. We also have extensive experience working with the DPRK on various projects that promote academic and economic development. We achieve this goal by connecting interested individuals and groups with our extensive network of contacts within the DPRK and Northeast Asia.


Pyongyang International Friendship Ice Hockey Exhibition (March 7th/12th)

This festival has been held since 1982 and is designed to promote independence, peace and friendship through various art performances and exchanges.
